La dimora che si affaccia sulla piazza centrale e che risale alla fine del '700, fu la prima ad essere edificata al di fuori delle mura del paese.
Da qui il nome che è stato dato dai gestori che sono riusciti abilmente a trasformare la bellissima dimora settecentesca in un B&B elegante e raffinato con annesso ristorante.
